Dear Property Owner:
Your General Contractor recently requested that an additional address be assigned 10 your
lease space currently under construction in conjunction with a carwash which is addressed
526 Harlow Road, which is also currently known as Lane County Reference Number
17032200, Tax Lot 002607. The vacant lease space will now be commonly known as
528 Harlow Road, Springfield, Oregon. All of these addresses are on the above
referenced tax lot.
I will notify the following companies and/or agencies of these addresses by sending them
a copy of this letter:
