Section 16.050 of the Springfield Development Code (SDC) provides in, part: In all setbacks otherwise residential, districts, each lot of not less than the fDllowing provided for in this Code: shall have sizes' unless (1) Front yard, street side yard and rear yard setbacks 10 feet Section 2.020 of the SDC provides in part: CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. A document issued by the Building Official allowing the occupancy or use of a structure and demonstrating that the structure or use has been constructed in compliance with all applicable City codes and ordinances. - .. e On the basis of this requirement and the information provided to me by the two individuals previously mentioned, it is my opinion that a Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued until the setback question is resolved in an appropriate manner.
