RE: Po nab Ie Signs
Dear Tim:
It is our practice to notify businesses when we have noticed, or have received a complaint regarding a
possible violation of the Sign Code on your propeny.
Information has been forwarded to me by Code Enforcement staff indicating you have two ponable signs
located on your property at 886 Harlow Road. A portable sign is a sign which is not permanently anchored
to a building or to the ground. Ponable signs arc not allowed to be placed either in the right of way or on
private propeny. I have enclosed the Code section for your information. The ponable sign needs to be
removoo within the next seven (7) days.
