Our records indicate that on June 21, 1991, you s~bmitted pla~s for the proposed
construction of a single family residence to be located at ~539 Granite Place,
Springfield, Oregon. To date the plans a~d required permits for this
construction have not be~n obtained.

in part: "Applications for .'hich no permit is issued .'ithin 180 days following
the date of application shall expire by limitation, and plar.s ar.d other data
submitted for review may thereafter be returned to the applicant or destroyed by
the Building Official. The Buildi~g Offi~ial ~ay Extend th~ time for action by
the applicant for a peri6d not to exceed 180 days upon request by the applicant
shoving ~hat '~ircumstances beyond the control of the applicant have prevented
action from being taken. No. application shall be extended ~ore than once. In
order to renew action on an -application after e~piration, the applicant shall
resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee.'!

1. If you have"decided not to build at tnls ti~e. but ~ould like your plans
returned to you: you ~ill nEed to pick th~m up at this office ~ithi~ ten
(10\ days of receipt of this notice.
2. To vrite and request" that a 180 day extensio~ be grantEd~ explaining the
circumstal1ces that have prevented you from obtaining your permits.
