Dear Si r:
At your request the Building Division of the City of Springfield conducted the final
inspections on the structure located at the above referenced address.
The following items shall be installed, repaired or completed before a Certificate of
Occupancy will be issued:

1. The rise of every step in the front entrance stairway shall be not less than 4 inches
nor greater than 8 inches. S.S.C. 3305
,2. The plywood under the front bedroom window soffit shall be properly secured.

3. Access to the garage area shall be made available for the final ,inspection.

4. Adequate drainage has not been provided for moisture protection of the dwelling unit
at the front patio door sills. The deck covering and installation of the covering
is not what was orginally approved at the time of the permit issuance and was done
without proper authorization. S.S.C. 303 (a)
5. Street trees shall be planted at not less than 30 feet on center. S.S.C. 307 (c)

The receptacle outlet located under the dining room window is not properly grounded.

The range vent is to be not less than No. 26 galvanized sheet gage steel which is made
substantially airtight and shall terminate directly to the outside atmosphere in an

1. The roof leaders shall connect to the rain water drain pipe at a point not less
than '10 inches above grade and convey water to the outside of street curb. The
drainage lines shall be flushed of accumulated debris before inspection. /'

2. The dishwasher drain shall discharge into the disposal unit. A directional type
fitting may be used when a disposal unit is not available. P.S.C. 310
3. The outside hose bibbs shall be secured to'the siding with a minimum of two
wood screws. P.S.C. 316 (c-2)
