Glu-Lam Beams: Inspection Certificate by an approved agency to be provided to City Building Inspector prior to
placement.
Ceiling Grid: After drywall approval but prior to cover.
Hold Downs Installed: Special Inspection performed prior to placement of concrete. Provide report to City
Building Inspector.
Epoxy Anchors: To be done by Certified Spclal Inspector. Provide Inspection results to City Building Inspector.
Final Fire Department. After all requirements of the Fire Department have been met.
