The enclosed plans and calculation sheets by Florian Greenhouse, Inc.
have been reviewed for compliance to the State of Oregon Structural
Specialty Code, 1993 edition. The design values required in the local
jurisdiction are 25 psf snow load and 80 mph exposure B' as per 1991 ,I
UBC (13.2 psf horizontal). The design values for the proposed
structure are 30 psf snow and 20.0 psf horizontal.
In conclusion, the method used and conclusions found therefrom are in
accordance with acceptable engine~~i.ng practice and their validity has
been affirmed.
'l'he review covers the greenhouse frame only. The connection to t;he
existing structure and foundation design is by others.
