It is the responsibility of the permit holder to see that all inspections are
made at the proper time. TO request an inspection, call 726-3769
(recorder), state your City designated job number, job address, type of
inspection requested and when you will be ready for inspection. Requests
received before 7:00 a.m. will be made the same working day, requests made after
7:00 a.m will be made the following work day.

INSULATION - Floor; prior to decking wall/Ceiling; Prior to cover

FINAL MECHANICAL - When all mechanical work is complete.
FINAL ELECTRICAL - When all electrical work is complete.
GLU-LAM BEAMS - Inspection Certificate by an approved agency to be
provided to City Building Inspector prior to placement
FINAL PAVING - After paving is complete.
CURBCUT - After forms are erected but prior to placement of concrete.
SIDEWALK - After excavation is complete, forms and sub-base material
in place.
FINAL FIRE - When all Fire Department requirements have been met,
been met.
FINAL SITE PLAN - After all requirements have been met for Minimum
Development Standards or from the Development Agreement.
FINAL BUILDING - When all required inspections have been approved and
the building is complete.

By signature, I state and agree, that I have carefully examined the completed
application and do hereby certify that all information hereon is true and
correct, and I further certify that any and all work performed shall be done
in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Springfield, and the Laws
of the State of Oregon pertaining to the work described herein, and that
NO OCCUPANCY will be made of any structure without permission of the
Community Services Division, Building Safety. I further certify that only
contractors and employees who are in compliance with ORB 701.055 will be
used on this project.
I further agree to ensure that all required inspections are requested at the
proper time, that project address is readable from the street, that the
permit card is located at the front of the property, and the approved set
of plans will remain on the site at all times during construction.
