Dear Mr. Carlson:
In going through our files we came across a buildiing pennit for:
a single family dwelling at 7948 Glacier Drive, building permit number
792500.
The project was last inspected on July 30, 1980

The 1979 Oregon State Building Code, Section 303 (d), explains that any building
pennit for which work is not started within 180 days of issuance, or if work is
suspended for a period of 180 days, the building permit shall expire by limita-
tion and become null and void.
Since the only verification this division' has of work being done on a project
is by the inspections performed, we do not know what the status of your project
is. If you have proceeded on this project and are ready for inspection please
call 726-3769 and request the necessary inspection. If conditions beyond your
control have prevented 'you from' proceeding on this project, please submit a
letter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant the Building Official
may extend your application for a specified period of time. If this building
permit is allgwed to expire, it will be necessary to obtain a new buildjng permit
and a permit fee amountiny to one-half of the original penni~.fee for such work
will be due. .
If we do not hear from you within the next ten days we will assume that you
have cancelled this project and we will clear our files of all related material.
