(Assessor's Map 127-03-22~20,Tax Lot 1200. The property is zoned Community
Commercial (CC); the Metro Plan Designation is Community Commercial.
ACTION
PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
\lHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO OBTAIN FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL?
1. A Final Site Plan drawn to scale is required within 90 days of the date of this
letter. The plan must be revised to conform with the following information:
a. Two street trees (flame ash 2" caliper) are required located 5' 6" from the
outer ends of the required 4 foot planter strip.
b. The location and method of irrigation.
2. A signed Development Agreement. This agreement will be prepared by staff upon
approval of your Final Site Plan.
APPEAL
If you wish to appeal this Type I Site Plan Review decision, you must do so within lO
days of the date of this letter. Your appeal must be in' accordance Springfield
Development Code, Article l5, APPEALS.
