Assessor s Map 17-03-22-2- ,
Dan Brown asked me if the above referenced parcels were among the records sent to
us by Lane County during the jurisdictional transfer of the UGB. I could find no
parcel files identified by these Assessor's reference numbers.
I checked our archives on the chance that these parcels may have appeared on a
different Assessor's map or may have been assigned different lot numbers. I found
two old Assessor's maps (no dates) that identified these par,cels as Tax Lot 1901
(prior to sUbdivision) and tax lots 1911 and 1912. Both of these Assessor's maps
were identified as 17-03-22. I checked our County records and found no files for
any of these parcel numbers.
I was able to locate some information concerning these properties. We have records
of sewer connections for both parcels and records for signs, a remodeling and
parking layout for the western parcel. This information is in our building files.
I also located the annexation file and a copy of the subdivision plat (enclosed).
