RE: McDonald's Portable Hotcake Operation at 3405 Gateway,
springfield, Oregon
Enciosed with this letter is correspondence received from the
McDonald's Corporation concerning my inspection , questioning the
use of a portable grill not under exhaust ventilation.
I marked this as a 'violation on their inspection report believing
that it constituted a building code violation.
. I would appreciate it if you could review McDonald's request and
inform us how the city of Springfield Building Program wishes this
offIce to respond to their appeal.
