This is a letter of a~reement between properties in Cascade Heights 1st
Addition - Lot 7, 748 S~69th Place and Lot 8, 6924 Glacier Street.
Owners of these properties agree to share use and maintenance of the
4" diameter storm drain located on the northerly right of way
on Lot 9, The 4" drain connects to a shallow access hole and 8"
diameter city storm drain at the northeast corner of Lot 9.
The shared section is approximately 70 feet from the Lot 7 and Lot 8
junction to the connection of the 8" city storm drain,
A cleanout will be 'installed at the branch of these two systems.
See attached map for further information.
