Re: Setback for proposed residence, Lot 38, Royal Ridge
Dear Jim,
The intent of this letter is to provide a written response to your
request for approval of a site plan modification which would reduce
the front yard setback for t~e proposed residenc~ at 5602 Glacier Or.;
Lot 38 of Royal Ridge Subdivision.
The oriqinal Site Plan indicated a20 foot setback from the front property
line to' the corner of a garage which is to be constructed at a 45 degree
angle with respect'to the property frontage, The m~dification request
is to reduce the 20 foot setbsck to 15 feet.

Department, and we have concluded that thi~ proposal satisfies the intent
of the Springfield Zoning Code which is to provide adequate spac~ between
the front property line and the face of the garage for vehicular parking.
The Site Plan (see copy attached) is approved as modified.
