DEVELOPMENT REVIEW MEETING TO REVIEW A TYPE II SITE PLAN FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GATEWAY STREET AND KRUSE WAY. LOT 5 OF
SYCAN COMMERCIAL PARK. CITY JOURNAL NUMBER 87-09-128
Dear Owner/Occupant:
This letter is to notify you of a meeting that will be held to review a Site Plan
application submitted by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. You are receiving fnrmal notice of
thlS meeting because you are llsted as an adjacent property owner/occupant.
A pUblic meeting is required by the Springfield Development Code as part of the
review process involving a Type II Site Plan application.
The Development Review Committee will hold a public meeting to review the request
on September 17, 1987 at 9:00 a.m. in Meeting Room 616 located in the Office of
Community and Economic D"velopment, 225 Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon.
Enclosed is a coPy of the applicant's proposal and a vicinity map. The applic~nt
is requesting Site Plan approval to construct a Combination service station and
food mart. The proposal has not been approved and is subject to changes based on
Code standards.
Anyone WhO attends this meeting will De given an oppnrtunity to comment on the
proposal if they so choose. If you would like to comment and are unable to attend
the meetlng you may call or write this office and your comments will be read into
the record during the public meeting. There will be no additional public meetings
held to review this application unless an appeal is fi led by an affected party.
