Nehren Mr. Keith Severson Northwest Division Chevron U.S.A. Inc. P.O. Box 220 Seattl e, Waslti.ngton_98111 SUbje~5 GateWaY~Site Plan Review, Journal Number 87-09-128 Dear Mr. Nehren and Mr. Severson: This letter is to let you know the status of your site plan approval. I have reviewed the new site plan submitted by Robert H. Lee and Associates. I used my letter to you dated September 16, 1987 to review changes to the site plan. The following items have not been addressed at this time: 1. The site plan I received referred to, but did not include, a landscape plan. I borrowed a landscape plan from the Building Division and noted that the street tree discussed in item 13 was not included on the landscape plan. I need a copy of the landscape plan for my files and it does need to be amended to include the additional street tree on Kruse Way. 2. Items 4 and 5 have not been received by this office. I have spoken with Rick Roberts of the Sycan B Corporation regarding the Joint Use Driveway Agreement referred to in Item 4. Mr. Roberts advised me there were ownership issues holding up the completing this item but he anticipated that they would be resolved soon. I assume that once the ownership issues have been resolved I will receive a copy of the title report verifying Chevron's ownership soon after. 3. I have enclosed the Development Agreement for this project. Once the ownership issue has been resolved your company can sign and submit this document. 225 Fifth Street . Springfield, OR 97477 · 503/726-3753 ..- - . ~ In summary, in order to complete this proposal I need to receive following: 1. Copy of the Recorded Joint Use Driveway Agreement; 2. Copy of the title report; 3. Original signed Development Agreement; 4. Landscape plan including one additional street tree on Kruse Way. Until we receive these items the building construction permits will not be issued. Our Plans Examiner has received numerous calls from Robert H. Lee and Associates regarding the issuance of building permits for this project. Please inform them that until the above issues are resolved, the Plans Examiner is not in a position to approve the issuance of these permits. Please contact me if you have questions about this information. Cordi ally, 1 / ~)fvfuCL /~ ~nthia L. Harmon Development Permit Coordinator cc: Gregory S.
