RE: Street Address Assignments - Confirmation
Dear Property Owner:
I am writing in response to the questions that have been received regarding the assigned
addresses at your new retail store located on Gateway Street. When the building permit
applications were made for your tenants, the applicant submitted the plans as "3346
Gateway Street" for the separate lease spaces. With the information we had at that time,
we assigned addresses for the lease spaces according to an agreed upon address scheme.
Since that time, different addresses have been used by the owner, or representative of the
owner, that has caused great confusion for the inspectors, contractors on site, and also the
serving utility companies. This letter is written to verify the addresses of your lease
spaces for this particular building.
3342 Gateway is Ciao Pizza
3344 Gateway is Cabo Grill
3348 Gateway is Starbucks
3346 Gateway does not and will not have a tenant.
For reference, this structure is located on a parcel also known as parcel known as Lane
County Reference Number 17032220 Tax Lot Number 01900,
I will notify the following companies and/or agencies of this new address assignment by
sending them a copy of this letter:

U.S. West Communications
Northwest Natural Gas

These addresses are effective immediately (they are already being used by tenants). The
building permit records now reflect these changes. Please place the address numbers on
