Lot Number 17-03-22-20-2300
Dear Mr. DeFoe:
I am responding to your inquiry regarding a change in use at the above referenced location. An
apparel store was previously located at this site and the proposed business is a sit down
restaurant. The zoning designation is Community Commercial (CC) which allows for "Sit Down
Restaurants". A change in use of a building requires a Minimum Development Standards
Application unless it is determined the property is currently in compliance with SDC 31.0 I 0(4),
Per our conversations and a site visit conducted on November 15, it has been determined a
change in use of this building will not require a Minimum Development Standards Application.
