RE: Street Address Change Notification
Dear Mr. Smi th:
Due to the property located at 3190 Gateway Loop being partitioned, and a new
structure being constructed on Parcel 2 of that partition, the current address
which has been assigned to Reference Number 17032220, Tax Lot 02500 must be
changed. The addiess assigned to the existing structure, also known as Parcell
of the partition, will be changed to 3191, Gateway Loop~ Parcel 2 will be
addressed as 3192 Gateway Loop. I have attached a copy of the partition map
showing the parcel numbers and the addresses which have been assigned.

sending them a copy of this letter:
