Subject: Site Plan Suhnittal for KPD Insurance, Inc.
Dear /1r, Schaudt:
On May 13, 1986 the Cevel~..,~.t Review Carmittee reviewed your proposed
devel~t-',~ut at the intersection of fbstal Way and Cateway Loop. As a
result of the review, preliminary approval was granted with the following
requirements .
1. The 2 proposed driveways need to be widened to 240 with 5' flares..
2. The existing driveway shall be rerroved and replaced with standard
curb and gutter.
3, Tho or the parking stalls near the middle of the central rOIl need to
be rerroved to provide an aisle for traffic circulation.
4. 5 ' wide sidewalk, should be extended along the entire frontage of
Cateway Loop.
5. En=oachment permits are required for ;..ark within the City
right-of-way.
6. The handicap parking spaces need to be relocated with a raIrp
connecting to the interior walkways.
7. Rainbow Water District should be contacted for sprinkler and backflON
prevention device requirements.
8. A final site plan shall be sul:rnitted showing all requirements or the
Cevel~t-',~.t Review O:mnittee before final approval will be given.
