Temporary Occupancy has been granted at the above address for a period of 15 days from the date of this notice. This certificate is issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 307(d} of the Springfield Building Safety Code Administrative Code, certifying that portions of the building may be used prior to completion of the items described below. The following items shall be completed and inspected within the granted period for Temporary Occupancy, after which permanent occupancy will be granted: 1. Fire dampers in walls of the Small engine repair room #119 shall be fastened to the structure on both sides of the damper in accordance with the damper installation instructions, or an approved alternative method. 2. Install a temperature mixing valve on the hot water line supplying the rest room lavatories to limit the outlet temperature to a maximum of 110 Degrees FahL-enheit. (Plumb. Specialty: Code Sec.912) 3. Provide protection on drains and angle stops on lavatoLY sinks intended for handicapped use. (}I.NSI A1l7.1 Sec. 4 .19.4) 4. Install Convenience outlets within 25 feet of roof top HVAC units above Auto Center. (Mech. Specialty Code Sec.509) 5. Install address numbers (4" high) at a,location readily visible from the Street-side~parking area. (Str. Specialty Code Sec.513) 6. Complete installation of oil tanks. Coordinate permit and inspection requirements with the City Fire Marshal. 7. Secure gas line. supports on roof in an appropriate manner. . . 8. Provide circuit identification labels and panel covers at all electrical branch panels. 9. Complete all electrical lighting and trim, 10. Remove switches from drop lights in Auto Center, or replace light fixtures with unswitched type. 11. The data processing room shall comply with Electrical Safety S'pecial' Code (NEC) .requirements for disconnection of all equipment, including the air conditioner. ' 12. Provide and maintain a minimum of 36" in front of all electrical panels. Electrical rooms and areas dedicated for electrical equipment shall not be used for storage of combustibles. 13.
