This is to certiJythat in accordance with Chapter 17 of the Uniform Building Code and design
requirements, we have performed Special Inspection at the above referenced project on the following
items:
1. Reinforcing Sleel, Anchor Bolts
2. ReInforced Concrete
3. So.nctural Welding
4. Nailing
5. Shear Walls
6. S [ructural Masonry Bond Beams
Inspectiuns and tests were performed and reported according to the requirements of Chapter 17 and as
directed by our client. To the best1lf our knowledge, the work inspected was performed in accordance
with the approved plans, specifications, revisions, applicable workmanship provisions of State Building
Cnde and Standards and Uniform Building Code.
Note: Our firm also perfonned in-place nuclear density tests on crushed aggregate backfill. For
specific details regarding our inspection and testing services, please reference our previously
submitted reports.
