R-102 3,0 gallon system, The
existing hood is 13 feet long with a
single filter hank plennm protected
hy two IN nozzles, The duct is
rectangular with 88 perimeter
inches protected by a 2W nozzle.
There are only two fryers
underneath the hood, Each fryer is
protected by a 3N nozzle. A total of
10 flow points are used out of a
maximum of II flow points in an
Ansul 3,0 gallon system,
Note: A J & L Model 250 solid fuel
(wood) barbecue oven will not he
under the hood due to its UL listing
and installation instructions
allowing it to exhaust directly
through the roof. See other plans
