726-3769 (recorder), state your City designated job number, job address, type of Inspection requested and when you will be ready
for Inspection. Requests receIved before 7:00 a.m. will be made the same working day, requests made after 7:00 a.m. will be made
the following work day.

FINAL BUILDING: Requested after the final plumbing, electrical,
mechanical and Fire Department inspections are made and
approved. No occupancy of the premises can be made until a
Certificate of Occupancy has been Issued by the Building Division

Plans submitted for the proposed construction at the above project
address have been reviewed for conformance with the City of
Springfield Building Safety Codes. The following list of items
require correction, clarification or additional detail~ng before
they can be approved: '
NOTE: THE PROVISIONS OF THIS APPROVAL ARE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 180
DAYS.
1. The tent shall be a minimum of 10' from the existing store
building,
2. A minimum 30' clear space shall be maintained between vehicle
parking and the tent.
3. Post NO SMOKING signs as directed by the City Fire Marshals
office,
4. Install three 2A-10BC rated fire extinguishers at locations as
directed by the Fire Marshals office.
5. Exiting is to be unobstructed during hours of occupancy, and
may be closed for security when not occupied.
Please contact the City Fire Marshals office at 726-2296 for
inspection and approval of the above conditions prior to occupancy.
ANY CHANGES OR ALTERATIONS made after the date of this review must
be approved by the Building Official.
