Subject: Acceptance of Emporium preliminary floor plan.
This will verify our acceptance of your proposed modification to
preliminary floor plans for the subject project. The revisions made to
the exi~.ways will comply with the intent of the Specialty Code
Requirements for exits from the building, and satisfy the comment in my
August 18 letter regarding exit aisle width requirements in order for
three exits to be acceptable.
I trust that the above information will provide the verification you
requested concerning the subject revision. We are looking forward.to
receiving additional plans from you for Emporium in the near future.
