Dear Klttl,
My comments on this pre-submittal meeting are
All utilities including overhead must be In easements
The flrewalls shown on the draWings must Include protection on the underside of the roof projections
According to the bUilding code, these are attached Single family dwellings, as long as there IS a structure of any
kind connecting them
Thank you,
Joj;Jn

Dave,
Looks like you Will be covering the Habitat/Jokinen cluster subdiVIsion meeting today at 11 00
As I look over their plan and their narrative, I do not see "how" they are creating attached dwellings I am told that
"attached" means continuous roof supports or continuous foundation pours The trelliS work they show between
their bUildings doesn't meet the deSCription of 'attached' Do we have the same understanding?
It doesn't matter that they are bUilding fire walls", our cluster development codes (e) Exceptions #5" states
Where zero lot line construction IS used, spacing between bUildings or clusters of bUildings shall be at least 10
feet
