Dear Ms. Hines:
At the request of the renter, Richard Rabin, the house at 5279 High Banks
Road, County Assessor's Map 17 02 28 34, Tax Lot 801, was inspected on
April 15, 1977, by the City of Springfield Buildin9 Department.
The structure was found to be substandard and a dangerous building and
was posted as such because of the following conditions:
1. Deteriorated foundation and floor structure.
2. Hazardous electrical wiring._____
3. Faulty plumbing syst~ ~

Because of the possible danger to the safety of the occupant, you shall
not occupy the building until the above conditions are corrected.
The following substandard conditions shall be corrected within one year
from the date of this letter:
1. Improper_heatin9 facilities.--
2. Rodent infestation.
3. Chimney flue is unapproved and shall be removed.
4. General dilapidation and improper maintenance. ",
All necessary permits shall be obtained and all required inspections shall
be called for.
