Dear Ms. Sullivan,
As per the attached letter to Sheryl Hines on April 19, 197B a
reinspection of the structure at 5279 High Banks Road, Springfield,
Oregon is now due. We understand you ~re the owner of this property.
The final four items listed in the letter were to be corrected
within one year from the date of the letter. These items must now
be reinspected for compliance'with the Springfield Housing Code.
Please contact the Springfield Building Division as soon as pos-
sible so that we may set up the inspection time. Our telephone

CERTIFIED LETTER
Ms. Sheryl Hines
5279, High'Banks Road
Springfield, DR 97477
Dear Ms. Hines:
At the request of the renter, Richard Rabin, the house at 5279 High Banks
Road, County Assessor's Map 17 02 28 34, Tax Lot 801, was inspected on
April 15, 1977, by the City of Springfield Building Department.
The structure was found to be substandard and a dangerous building and
was posted as such because of the following conditions:
1. Deteriorated foundation and floor structure.
2. Hazardous electrical wiring.
3. Faulty plumbing system.
Because of the possible danger to the safety of the occupant, you shall
not occupy the building until the aboye conditions are corrected.
The following substandard conditions shall be corrected within one year
" from the date of this letter:
1. Improper heating facilities.
2. Rodent infestation.
3. Chimney flue is unapproved and shall be removed.
4. General dilapidation and improper maintenance.
All necessary permits shall be obtained and all required inspections shall
be ca 11 ed for.
Please direct all inquiries to the City of Springfield Building Department.
