PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
VRAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO OBTAIN FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL?
1. A Final Site Plan drawn to scale is required within 90 days of the date of this
letter. The plan must be revised to conform with the following information:
a. Reconfiguration of the parking area. (The dedication of right-of-way will
eliminate one or two of the existing spaces. In order to determine the
number of spaces needed, the warehousing and manufacturing portions of the
buildings must be delineated. The parking standard for warehousing is 1
space per 1,000 square feet of gross floor area; manufacturing is 1 space per'
500 square' feet of gross floor area), Also, the location of the spray booth
also needs to be shown.
b. The dumpster needs to be relocated and screened (wooden fence or vegetative
screen).

are required in relation to industrial wastes and the existing septic system.
APPEAL
If you wish to appeal this Type I Site Plan Review decision, you must do
days of the date of this letter. Your appeal must be in accordance
