On July 1st, 2004, our office issued permits to replace an existing commercial water
heater for the Outback Restaurant, located at 3463 Hutton, Springfield, Oregon, While
issuing the permit, I inadvertently issued you a plumbing permit instead of a mechanical
permit.
I have made the correction on the existing permit to reflect those changes and I am
sending you a corrected copy of the permit for your records, and placing a copy in our
files for this project,
