The excavation involved removal of surface organic soil and other unsuitable material and the placement of 12" minimum of 1-1/2" minus crushed rock in accordance with our standard procedures. The compacted surface of the crushed rock is adequate for a foundation bearing capacity of 1500 psf which is adequate to support the proposed conventional .wood frame residence. The surface of the gravel fill is considered stable soil and therefore, Oregon One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code Table No. R-304.3a would apply in accordance with Section R-304.3i!1.
