At the time of the inspection, the crushed rock was in place an"
compacted. The depth of the gravel fill varied from a minimum depth
of 6" to a maximum of 18". The underlying soil was not visible due to
the crushed rock being in place, but based on areas exposed at the CIl1.
banks, the following assumptions can be made:
