SUBJECT:
On March 16, 1996, the City granted Partition Tentative Plan approval (Jo. No. 95-05-101) to Michael and
Cecelia Tomcal. A condition of that approval was either the immediate installation of sidewalk along the
frontage of Holly Street or the submittal of a cash deposit or other approved mechanism to guarantee the
sidewalk installation at a later date.
In May 1996, Mr. Tomca1 deposited $950.00 with the City for the sidewalk guarantee. A review of the
building pennit for 7215 Holly Street shows that sidewalk has been installed as of October 7, 1997.
