Dear Mr. Williams:
On November 5, 1996, a Temporary O<:cupancy was granted to you to occupy the single family resideit~
located at 7204 Holly Street, Springfield, Oregon. As a condition of the Temporary Occupancy, you Were
..' required to complete the lot excavation within 30 days of the occupancy approval. On November 8, 1996,
a cash deposit in the amount of $2,000.00 was placed with the City which allowed me to grant your
Temporary O<:cupancy approval. Placing a cash deposit with the City for the trees did not extend the
approval of your Temporary O<:cupancy.
An inspection of your property will be conducted within 10 to 14 days from the date of this letter to ensure
the required excavation has been completed. If the lot has been ,... ,...:J excavated, your deposit will be
returned to the person and/or company who initially paid the deposit to the City. If the excavation has not
been completed, the cash deposit will be forfeited to the City and I will refer this matter to the City.s Code
Enforcement Officer begin the civil infraction process which will result in the issuance of a citation.

4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
