As you requested, an inspection was performed to determine if the site
for the proposed wood framed residence was prepared in compliance with
recommendations by this office.
As recommended, the site was excavated, the grade sloped for drainage
and a drain line installed at grade and extended to the north end of
the site. This drain line shall be connected to' the storm sewer
located' at the nor.th end of the site. A minimum of 12" of crushed
rock was then placed and compacted and has a bearing capacity of 1000
psf, which is adequate for the proposed structure.
