located at 6830 Holly Street, Springfield, Oregon. As a condition of the Temporary Occupancy, you wdie'
required to plant two (2) street trees within 30 days of the occupancy approval. On August 18, 1995, a

approval of your Temporary Occupancy.
An inspection of your ...._..,. will be conducted within 10 to 14 days from the date of this letter to ensure
the required street trees have been planted. If they have been planted, your deposit will be returned to the
person and/or company who initially paid the deposit to the City. If the trees have not been planted, the
cash deposit will be forfeited to the City and I will refer this matter to the City's Code Enforcement Officer
begin the civil infraction process which will result in the issuance of a citation.
