Thank you for coming in to sign the papervork.
In order to obtain Final Map and Development Approval the .folloving conditions or
standards needed to be completed:
1. Tvo copies of the Final Map (a survey dravn by a registered Oregon Surveyor or
Engineer) incorporating any conditions of the Preliminary Plan Approval.
2. The legal descriptions of the nev parcels.
3. A signed Public Utility Easement form.
4, A signed Statement of ~ater Rights form.
5. A signed Dedication of Right-of-Vay form,
6. Signed Improvement Agreement forms.
7. ~ritten verification from the Lane County Sanitarian that there are tvo separate
septic systems (one serving each dvelling unit).
8. A Deed Restriction on Lot B stating that it can only be divided in the future
through the subdivision process.
All of the above conditions have been addressed. THE ABOVE MENTIONED
PARTITION REQUEST IS NOV FINAL AS OF THE DATE OF THIS LETTER.
