SUBJECT: Substandard Building At S279 Highbanks
Road
Dear Mr. Thrall:
This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation of July 22nd, regarding the
building and general condition of the property at 5279 Highbanks Road. In
that conversation, you indicated that Mr, and Mrs, Sullivan, owners of the property
in question, requested an extension of time to either repair or demolish the
building as specified in a letter to them from this office dated July 14, 1981.
After explaining that Mr.,and Mrs. Sullivan had already established a history with
this office of' putting off the subject repair or demolition, I agreed to the
extensions as follows:
r, Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan shall submit to this office a proposal to either
repair or demolish the building within 60 days (by 9~22-81),
2, Mr, and Mrs. Sullivan shall commence said repair or demolition within 90
days (by lQ-22-81).
3, The building shall be secured from entry and remain unoccupied until repairs
as outlined in the July 14, 1981 letter are made,
4. The property shall be cleaned up immediately so as to discourage rat infesta-
tion and breeding,
