Dear Mr, and Mrs. Sullivan,
I spoke with Gino Grimaldi, our Assistant City Manager, this afternoon
about our letter notifying your neighbor of your concerns about a minor land
partition.
I can see how our letter may have caused a problem with your neighbor,
Theda Rossi, I'm sorry. We should not have stated that you were in opposition
to a partition, when your only concern was the need for a survey, In fact, we
have the same concern: that is why there is a City requirement to have a survey
done when there is a land division.
I am sending a copy of this letter to your neighbor. I hope that this
clears up any misunderstanding about the nature of your concerns. If either you
or Mrs. Rossi would like to discuss the matter further with me, you can reach
me at 726-3771.
Again, I offer my sincere apologies, and thank you for letting me know of
our mi stake.
Sincerely,
1nl~d' 'l
