Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lindley:
The house plan submitted to be constructed on Lot 35. South Hills North, meets the design review
requirements outlined in the CC & R's. as specified below:
1. Lap siding for front of dwelling.
2. Minimum 25-year composition roof. Plan specifies 25-year asphalt.
3. Total living space is greater than 1800 sq.ft.
4. Design of house is hannonious with existing houses in the subdivision.
The above criteria are based on the rendition of the submitted plan. Any exterior changes to what was
submitted and approved needs to be brought to my attention. Exterior color was not submitted, but needs
to be in hannony with other houses and may not be loud nor bright. Ifin doubt, please check with me first.
