RE: Blue Water Boats Temporary Occupancy Performance Board
The following items I will bond at 110% of value to allow temporary occupancy:
1. Complete natural landscaping along south side of large pond as per final approved
site plan - $1,30Q.
2. Plant emergent wetland vegetation along the northwest margin of the main pond as
per Wildlife Protection and Mitigation plan - $1,000.
3. Install grassy swale - $1,200.
4. Landscape interior and perimeter of parking lot - $1,500.
5. Paving; widen access road pavement to 24 feet and patch all potholes with NC mix;
pave parking lot - $56,OQO.

6. Install control valves in storm water discharge pipe between parking lot and grassy
swale - $800.
Total cost: $61,800 x 110% = $67,980 Bond
