Estimated SDC:
The mformation in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant proposes to create
a 12-lot residential cluster subdivision. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, each new
smgle-family attached dwelling unit would be subject to a system development charge (SDC) of
$924 for park and recreation improvements.
SDC's would be collected at the time of building permit issuance. Please refer the applicant to
Willamalane's SDC fact sheet, or to me, for further information.
