HI Molly,
Currently tax lot 17-02-34-44 01200 has 4 duplexes (6601, 6603, 6605, 6607 Main Street) being fed
from a pnmary underground feed to a pad mount transformer located 280' south of Main street If new
development happens to the south as proposed by thiS land diVIsion, an additional easement along the
west property line Will allow us to extend the pnmary electnc line to the new parcel and provide electnc
power to the new development Since SUB already has a high voltage pnmary line In place to the north,
there are no foreseeable Issues with providing electnc service to the partitioned lots
