Of course, I know the meeting IS In the afternoon ), I guess I was really refernng to all departments reviewing the
comments for coordination dunng the morning hours so we will have time to make changes before the meeting In
the afternoon (I should have been a little more clear) Unless something out of the ordinary happens (and yes,
sometimes things to come up from time to time but we will try to keep to a minimum ), our goal IS to submit
our comments the evening before the meeting day, so there will be a comment penod, and for better
coordinating It really makes sense with our new goals Thanks Andy
