We have a process for reVlew of files that lS geared toward the publlC but I don't thlnk
that lS what you are lnterested In. As a revlewlng agency you may make arrangements wlth
the planner to get a set of the plans made or let you take a set to the Ilbrary. Please
give Andy Llmblrd a call at 726-3784.
In the future I wlll ask you can contact Chuck or Karen ln our offlce for the name of the
englneer on the proJect and acqulre coples of the plans and dlSCUSS your storm water
concerns with the PW group ln a "one stop shop" approach.
Then you can declde lf PW can carry your concerns to the DRC or attend yourself. Let us
know how that works!!

the plans for the chlld care faclllty next to our lntake so we can reVlew and see what lS
belng proposed. Would lt be posslble to check thme out so I can run large coples for

Karl - Just a head's up to advlse you that we're revlewing a proposed development at the-
Chlld Center, located upstream of the Hayden Brldge plant, that wlll requlre additlonal
paved parklng as well as slgnlflcant new rooftop area. ThlS project will discharge to the
slough, above the EWEB intake. We're qUlte early in the process, and given that we're
~ pay'ng extra attent,on to s,tes w,th a potent;al to 'ropact the EWEB ,ntake, I wanted to
adV1se you. Th1S was schedu~td before the recent OIL proJect,~and so you llkely w1ll
rece1ve no other not1f1cat1on.
The proJect 1S st1ll 1n the des1gn phase; we'll ensure that stormwater pre-treatment
measures are fully 1mplemented, and w1ll work w1th them to see 1f there are add1t1onal
protect1ve measures that m1ght be appropr1ate at the slte. If you have quest1ons, please
