HI Enc, staff typIcally responds to only the "top 5" questions indicated on the application, but time permitting there
may be an opportUnity to address some of the other questions posed by the applicant Most of the remaining
questions are planning-related so I have prepared some notes on the other 8 questions However, the EWEB
water Intake IS Immediately downstream of this site so I anticipate a detailed diScussion about stormwater
management and paving of the eXisting gravel parking lot (among other things) Just giving you a heads up so
you can anticipate possible questions about stormwater BMPs, vegetative treatment options, etc
