Karl - Just a head's up to advise you that we're reviewing a proposed development at the Child Center, located
upstream of the Hayden Sndge plant, that Will require additional paved parking as well as significant new rooftop
area This project Will discharge to the slough, above the EWES Intake We're qUite early In the process, and
given that we're paYing extra attention to sites with a potential to Impact the EWES Intake, I wanted to advise
you This was scheduled before the recent OIL project, and so you likely Will re~elve no other notification
The project IS stili In the design phase, we'll ensure that stormwater pre-treatment measures are fully
Implemented, and Will work with them to see If there are additional protective measures that might be appropnate
