We've reviewed the Development Issues packet in the above submission. We see no apparent
impact to the Oxbow Plan or to Willamalane. The zoning issues look complex, but we don't think
there is a need for a Wdlamalane position on that issue.
Let me know if you anticipated other reasons why we might want to weigh in on this one.
