To Whom It May Concern:
The following information is submitted in response to your condi-
tions of Board approval for the noted project. Our response
will be in the same order as you have listed.
1. The proposed sanitary connection will be directly south of
the proposed building location. Slight adjustments to this
location might be necessarydueto connection location at
the existing building.
2. Please refer to the revised site plan for the site drainage.
We have noted to remove the existing storm box located by
3rd Street. We have added three (3) catch basins to pick
up the ground water of the paved area. These catch basins
will be connected in at the existing catch box.
The building roof drainage will connect into the new storm
drain lines,
The ground area around the existing catch box will be raised
to conform with the sidewalk level on 3rd Street.
3. The Owner/Developer has been notified of the water service
connection fee and will be contact with your people.
4. The Owner/Developer has been notified of electrical service
availability and will be in contact with Mr. Virgil Langley.
5. The sidewalks along South 'A' and Main Streets have been
extended full width to the sidewalk along 3rd Street.

6. We have been in contact with the Planning Department concerning
the required additions of street trees. The final decision
was to add a total of six (6) trees; one tree along South
'A' Street, two trees along Main Street, and three trees
along 3rd Street: The trees along South 'A' and Main will
be located in planter areas within the sidewalk. We have
enclosed a copy of the proposed landscape plan for this site.
7. We will not be adding any additional site lighting to the
site. The building has approximately sixteen (16) incandescent
fixtures around the outside. We feel this will be sufficient
along with the existing street lighting.
8. We have incorporated a five (5) stall bicycle rack into the
site plan.
9. We have added the two signs as requested with a note to
coordinate size and location with your traffic engineer.
10. We have added a note to the drawings to verify if there are
any existing underground fuel storage tanks still on site.
If so, the tanks will be removed and the holes filled with
compacted sand. This would be coordinated with your Fire
Marshall office.
We hope this
be granted.
