The Springfield Development Code requires a five (5) foot setback to a side- yard property line in single-family residential districts. Please be aware that as a condition of occupancy, the illegal portion ofthe garage structure on the adjacent property must be removed prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy at 2148 Lomond Street, Springfield, Oregon.
