Dear Mr. Reynolds:
The property at the above referenced address has an addition that has been added to the
existing garage portion of the structure without permits or inspection approvals; and
encroaches into the property that is currently addressed as 2148 Lomond Street,
Springfield, Oregon. The Springfield Development Code requires a five (5) foot setback
to a side- yard property line in single-family residential districts. Please be aware that as a
condition of occupancy, the illegal portion ofthe garage structure on the adjacent
property must be removed prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy at 2148
Lomond Street, Springfield, Oregon.
